Retesting Policy

Retesting Policy for Candidates

Purpose :

The purpose of this policy is to outline the policy and rationale for candidates who wish to retake an examination for one of the following certifications:

  • Lead Auditor ISO 9001
  • Lead Auditor ISO 14001
  • Lead Auditor ISO 22000
  • Lead Auditor ISO 27001
  • Lead Auditor ISO 45001
  • Certified Safety Specialist (CSS)
  • Certified Lifting Inspector

Scope :

The scope of this policy includes all candidates who are seeking to retake an examination.

Policy :

Any candidate seeking to retake an examination must:

  • Be within their one-year eligibility window (two years if they purchased an extension).
  • Continue to meet the eligibility criteria to sit for the examination.
  • Wait at least 4 weeks between exam attempts.
  • If candidates do not pass the exam, they can re-sit in the examination by paying an exam fee & again they will receive an examination Authorisation letter from PEEB UK with one-year validity.
